Partner Program
Partner Program updated in May 2025 and apply to all future sales
No Partner Status
If you have no EasyUC customers or declined to be EasyUC/UBC Software Partner in the past. UBC Software can decide if an offer for a requested Project will be made and is not forced to make an offer. UBC is allowed to decline Partner Status.
Standard Partner
If you got Partner of UBC Software and have more than one customer who use EasyUC and 150.000* Euro sales volume in the last 2 years you get at Base Discount for the next Project (depends on Project size). Also you need to have at minimum one Employee who did an EasyUC installation with one of our Engineers. A Deal Registration is possible.
Gold Partner
If you got Partner of UBC Software and have more than one customers who use EasyUC and 250.000* Euro sales volume in the last 2 years you get Base Discount plus up to additional 20 % for the next Project (depends on Project size). Also you need to have at minimum one Employee who did an EasyUC installation with one of our Engineers.
Platinum Partner
Partners with more than 5 years in Partner Program or new Partners who have a guaranteed Sales Volume to UBC Software of 2.5 Million** Euro in the next 5 years will be able to get Base Discount plus up to 40 % Discount.
*All Sales volume prices are invoiced prices, not list price
How to become a Partner of EasyUC/UBC Software
Partner Agreement with UBC Software
If you want to get a Partner of UBC Software to sell EasyUC to Customers , a Partner Agreement need to be created. Without Partner Status, UBC is not forced to make an offer.
Standard Partner
To become a Standard Partner a sales Volume of at least 150.000 Euro in the last 2 years is required. At least one new EasyUC customer per year is required.
Gold Partner
To become a Gold Partner a sales Volume of at least 250.000 Euro is required in the last 2 years. At least two new EasyUC customer per year is required.
Platinum Partner
To become a Platinum Partner a sales Volume of at least 2.5 Million** Euro is required in the next 5 years. This is a guaranteed sales volume which need to be invoiced to the Partner.
Partners which have an active Partner Status for over 5 Years, with active subscriptions over the last 5 Years, are automatically Platinum Partners.
**Conditions about payment plan need to be made in an individual agreement
